David Ferrer made substantial across-the-board improvements, and Andy Murray took some major steps forward.<br /><br />Isner as the most disappointing player is a superb choice. It would be easy to take someone like Berdych or Tsonga, but not enough attention has been given to the magnitude of Isner's failures.
